Most restaurants and hotels don't need every service on offer. When we set up your embed we scope it to only what makes sense for your guests. Just tell us which of these you want and we'll bake it into your iframe:

Water taxis only

Point-to-point transfers — the workhorse for waterfront dining and hotel arrivals.

Water limos only

Premium boat with fit-out and skipper — for high-end venues who want a step up from a standard taxi.

Taxis + limos

Both transfer options, no charters. The most common choice for waterfront restaurants.

Charters included

Add private charter boats (2–100+ pax) — useful for hotels, event spaces and venues with function rooms.

Locked to your area

The widget only quotes routes that end at your venue (or start there for the return leg) — no unrelated harbour trips.

Your branding

Optional white-label so 'Water Taxis Australia' branding is minimised inside your page frame.

Option 1 — drop-in iframe (recommended)

The whole booking flow, hosted by us. Live fares, Stripe checkout, email + SMS confirmation, refund handling — all of it. You just paste one iframe.

Tip: wrap the iframe in a section on your booking / contact / directions page. Height 720–800px works well on most designs. Mobile-friendly out of the box.

No room for an iframe? Add a button or link that opens our booking page in a new tab. Attribute the referral by adding ?ref=YOUR-VENUE to the URL.

Option 3 — API access

Building your own booking journey (concierge desk, custom mobile app, PMS integration)? We can issue you an API key that lets you request fare quotes and lodge bookings against our supplier network. Available on request — email support@watertaxisaustralia.com.au with a short description of the integration and we'll get back to you within one business day.

REST endpoints — quote, book, cancel, retrieve status.
Webhook callbacks — status updates delivered to your endpoint.
Attributed bookings — every fare from your key is traceable and commissionable.
Sandbox key on request for development, live key issued once you're ready to ship.
