Common questions
How quickly can I get picked up?+
Most pickups happen within 15–25 minutes during service hours (6 AM – 10 PM). You'll see your skipper's ETA before you confirm.
What if I need a ride before 6 AM or after 10 PM?+
Service hours are 6 AM – 10 PM AEST. After 9 PM same-day and any next-day pickups should be booked using the Book Later option in the app.
How do refunds work?+
Cancellations within 30 minutes of pickup are non-refundable. Otherwise, refunds go to your wallet credit by default — you can also cash out to your original card from the Wallet screen.
Do you cover my city?+
We're live on Sydney Harbour and Gold Coast Broadwater, and expanding fast. Enter your pickup and drop-off to check coverage in your area.
Are your operators licensed?+
Yes — every skipper in our network holds the appropriate AMSA commercial certifications and full passenger vessel insurance.
Can I book for a group or event?+
Absolutely. Use the contact form below or email us for group charters, weddings and corporate transfers.
