The moment your customer payment clears, we send them a wallet-style boarding pass by email and SMS. Save it to your phone — the skipper scans the QR at the wharf to check you in. The actual operator's name, direct phone number and a live map to your pickup point appear on your paid ticket (we only reveal them once the job is won).

If you head the wrong way, Google Maps re-routes you in real time. The map on the ticket already shows A → B, so you can see the full trip before you tap.

Your skipper scans the QR to check you aboard. The pass turns green with a "Boarded" tick — that's it, you're on your way.
Tap the Call button on the ticket to reach your operator direct. Their number is only revealed on your paid ticket.
