New Years Eve Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before travel may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 30 clear working days, but more than 14 days before travel, will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Deposit Paid: Deposits paid will only hold the vessel three weeks prior to departure for New Years Eve Charters. Balance of all payments must be made by EFT or by credit card three weeks prior to departure. An Invoice will be issued for immediate payments outstanding. 
No Shows: 100% cancellation fee will apply
