Refund Policy: A full refund is available with 72 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling: Changes within 48 hours of the booking can be made to another date.
Exclusions: Not available on Melbourne Cup, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Eve.
Surcharges Credit/Debit Card Payments: credit card transaction fee applies. Different card surcharges depending on the credit card type
Sunday Surcharge: A 10% service charge fee applies for groups of 8 guests or more, 10% surcharge applies to all food and beverage purchases on Sundays.
Public Holiday Surcharge: A 25 % surcharge applies to all Water Taxi Transfers, food and beverage purchases on Public Holidays.
